To ensure we deliver top-notch service and meet the expenses associated with organizing your travel needs, we adhere to the following booking conditions.

Payments

Payments of 60% deposit are due within 48-hours or your booking might not go through or could be canceled. The rest of the payment needs to be settled at least 3 weeks before you arrive. We'll email you the bank details for the transfer along with your booking confirmation. Just make sure to include your full name and the retreat date if you're making an electronic deposit.

Not paying does not mean the booking automatically has been cancelled as we maintain a certain reasonably flexibility for guest to make a transfer and for the bank transfers to come through. This is a matter of trust we put into our guests that we will not receive fake bookings but only receive bookings with the intention to really book with us.

If there are any questions, problems or other issues with making the payment please inform us immediately. We offer normal bank transfer as a payment method, credit card payments can be made through Wise.

Passport

Make sure your passports are valid and check that you have all the required visas for the countries you'll be traveling through and to.
You can use the official website of the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, specifically their "Visa Requirements" section, to check what visa you need for Brazil.

Travel insurance

We highly recommend that all tourists traveling obtain travel insurance. Please ensure that your insurance covers surfing activities. You can explore and purchase travel insurance from various providers by clicking here.

The surf

Our surf guide ensures you have a chance to survey various spots before diving in, utilizing local knowledge to recommend the best spot for optimal surfing conditions on any given day. You can discuss with your guide and fellow surfers whether to scout spots first or head straight to the recommended one.

Factors like tides, wind, wave size, currents, crowds, and localism are all taken into account when deciding where to surf. Keep in mind that wave size and conditions can vary daily. We aim to find the best compromises to suit intermediate and advanced surfers alike.

You acknowledge that we provide guidance to surf beaches for informational purposes only. This guidance is not expert advice or opinion and should not be relied upon as surfing or safety advice. We are not responsible for clients' safety or any injuries or fatalities that may occur while surfing.

In case of cancellation by the guest, the non-refundable deposit (60% of the total booking amount) paid at the time of reservation will be retained. If the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, any additional payments made will be refunded, minus any applicable bank charges or fees. However, if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, the full amount paid for the booking will be retained.
